We recommend that videos are streamed from a specalist site, this could be "youtube" if having their branding on the video is not an issue, though we use a commercial provider.

As well as sizing and dowload options, you can choose for videos to start automatically when a webpage is opened, or to only start when clicked on. There also are the option to have the video in a player with a time bar and play buttons, or no player at all. The choice of player styles are actually quite numerous.
