Pro Motion Media Work Experience — Tom Hewett I chose to come to Promotion Media for my work experience due to the wide range of services they offer which would help me decide whether or not to pursue a career in media. The testimonials on their site back up exactly who they are; kind, friendly, helpful and professional.

Product Photography gets hairy! Studio Setup for product photography: One of our strengths is our flexibility, so when I was invited to submit a sample image of clip in hair extensions in a bid to win a commercial photography contract, I had to give some serious thought to the set up. We had to create a studio environment that was replicable, easy and quick to set up, and most importantly showcased the product much better than the existing in house images.

Product photography for John Lewis website. Our objective was to create images that would evoke the emotions in people browsing for conservatory blinds, such as ‘the light breakfast for two’ in the image above. In this second photograph, we set up a ‘celebratory lunch for friends or family’. I was on location with one of the owners of Oakhurst Blinds and while I set up lighting and took test shots, she visited Waitrose to purchase the lunch items. I had brought the flutes and champagne for this image.

Commercial photography commission for Cranborne Estate, Dorset. We’re really excited to have been commissioned by the Cranborne Estate to create a portfolio of pictures for their website, the estate extends into Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. The Estate comprises multiple business units including an amazing Garden Center which is located in the original cob-walled garden of the Manor House, Farming and Forestry, an Estate Shop and specialist Butchery, a Joinery, and a Christmas Tree Plantation as well as extensive woodland which is classified as a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

Our professional photography services are commercial photography focused, we undertake Business photography, Event photography, Product photography, Architectural photography, Elevated photography, as well Portrait photography for commercial clients.

We have a product studio at our offices in Dorset and share a portrait studio in Wiltshire. We are well equipped with portable studio lighting to undertake location photography across Hampshire.

This year we have been the official photographers and videographers for Business South Expo at the Rose Bowl and for the Andover Expo. We have also photographed live Cricket for Northants County Cricket Clubs website, live Rugby for Bedford RFC's and virtual tours for their website, virtual tours for Northampton Rugby Football Clubs website, and we've photographed all of Dorset County Councils outdoor activity centers for their website and promotional materials. We also provided Carrington City with photography when we were commissioned to video their launch event at Canon Street, London.
